These benefits are due to the manner in which the sugars and enzymes in honey inhibit the formation of harmful bacteria when introduced to water. What's more, when these sugars encounter inflammatory lymph fluids produced by wounds, they combine to form another well-known compound to counter microorganisms at the site -- hydrogen peroxide. Ingredients 1 cup fine sea salt 1/2 cup organic sweet almond oil 1/2 cup local raw honey 8 drops organic ginger essential oil Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well blended.
