Lavender Flower Water
This classic floral water is very easy to make and has so many uses! Use it as a facial tonier, as a spritz for sunburn and biug bites, as a body spray or as a linen spray. This recipe makes 16 ounces of floral water.
Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
1/4 cup witch hazel
3/4 cup organic dried lavender flowers
25 drops organic lavender essential oil
Directions
Bring the water to a boil; remove from heat, Add the lavender flowers and cover; let steep for 20 minutes. Strain and discard (compost!) the lavender flowers, reserving the liquid in a bowl or large measuring cup. Add the witch hazel and essential oil; stir to combine. Transfer floral water into clean amber or cobolt blue bottles with misters.
