The Provider agrees to place an advertisement 50 to 75 words in length, including text links to the URL of the Advertiser on an agreed-upon destination page for a period of one full year from the date of purchasing a subscription for this service for the consideration of $250.00 USD.  The Provider further agrees to publish said paid link within 48 hours of payment being made for this service.

If for any reason the Provider is unable to provide this service for the period agreed upon (one full year), then the Provider agrees to refund the Advertiser the proportionate amount of funds as applicable.

The Advertiser acknowledges that the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the period (one year) and will be charged for the next billing period (the subsequent year), unless the Advertiser cancels its subscription prior to that time.

The Provider and Advertiser agree that payment for this service will be conducted via PayPal in US Dollars.  If payment is made in another currency, PayPal will automatically make the monetary adjustment as necessary.  Acceptable payment methods are e-Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

The Advertiser agrees that the nature and content associated with this paid advertisement and text link(s) subscription complies with the Provider's advertising policy (advertising policy).  The Provider reserves the right to reject said paid text link subscription at any time if the Advertiser becomes non-compliant.
